Speak Out - a signposting service from the Chartered Banker Institute

The Speak Out service is available during the Institute’s office hours

“Speak Out” is aimed at providing an alternative route for members to air professional concerns and receive signposting support about workplace concerns.

It is vital for banking professionals – and the wider industry – to have options to understand how to report wrongdoing in the workplace. The Institute is the UK's professional body for retail and commercial bankers. In our role supporting the public interest, it’s important to ensure that our members have somewhere they can go if they feel they want to discuss whether a professional ethical dilemma should be reported, or to find out how to raise a concern.

Often the issue can be resolved relatively easily. Please see the information sheets below that provide guidance.
